CAVA BRUT NATURE RESERVA

Type of production: Traditional method. Manual stirring in wine racks.

Varieties: Typical Penedès varieties; “Macabeo”, “Xarel·lo” and “Parellada”.

Color: Bright yellow. Its aroma is intense with a fine cream and aging notes. Fresh in the mouth with hints of flowers and citrus pulp. Very fine and well-integrated bubbles.

Aging time: More than 24 months in bottle, disgorged and rinsed by hand in a rack.

Residual added sugar: 2 g/l

PH: 3,07

Acidity: 5,8 g/l

Alcoholic content: 11,5%

Serving temperature: 4º / 6º C.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an accompaniment to all food, excellent with a wide range of cuisines, from fish and peas to red meat, and duck or goose foie gras.
