CAVA BRUT RESERVA ROSAT
Type of production: Traditional method. Manual stirring in wine racks.
Varieties: Typical Penedès varieties; “Garnatxa”, and “Pinot Noir”.
Color: Bright raspberry color. Intense fruity aroma with fine cream and nuances of aging. Fresh and smooth on the palate with notes of raspberry, blueberries and flowers. Very fine and well-integrated bottle.
Aging time: Aged for more than 20 months in bottle, recently disgorged, stirred and rinsed by hand in a rack.
Residual added sugar: 5 g/l
Acidity: 6,1 g/l
Alcoholic content: 11.5%
Serving temperature: 4º / 6º C.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, with stews, white meats, fish or seafood and fresh pasta.
