CAVA BRUT RESERVA
Type of production: Traditional method. Manual stirring in wine racks.
Varieties: Typical Penedès varieties; “Macabeo”, “Xarel·lo” and “Parellada”.
Color: Bright yellow with hints of wheat. Fresh fruit aroma, with fine cream. Dry in the mouth and tasty with hints of ripe white fruit and citrus in retronasal. Very fine bottle.
Aging time: 16 months in bottle, recently disgorged and clarified by hand in a rack.
Residual added sugar: 5 g/l
Acidity: 5,6 g/l
Alcoholic content: 11,5%
Serving temperature: 4º / 6º C.
Food Pairing: This cava can be enjoyed with white meats, fish, seafood and fresh pasta. Particularly suitable as an aperitif or to drink as a glass.
