Type of production: Traditional method. Manual stirring in wine racks.

Varieties: Typical Penedès varieties; “Macabeo”, “Xarel·lo” and “Parellada”.

Color: Yellow with greenish reflections. Its aroma is intense and fruity. It is dry on the palate with hints of fine herbs and citrus in retronasal.

Aging time: 14 months in bottle, recent disgorgement, stirred and rinsed by hand in a rack.

Residual added sugar: 6g/l

PH: 2,98

Acidity: 5,7 g/l

Alcoholic content: 11.5%

Serving temperature: 4º / 8º C.

Food Pairing: Being a young and fruity cava, this Brut combines perfectly with fish, seafood and fresh pasta. Especially suitable for aperitifs.
