Typical varieties of Pened\u00e9s, Garnatxa and Pinot Noir are used. The wine has a bright raspberry color with an intense fruity aroma with fine cream and aging nuances. It is fresh and smooth on the palate with notes of raspberry, blueberry and flowers. The bottle is very fine and well integrated. The wine has been aged for more than 20 months in the bottle, with a recent disgorgement, stirred and rinsed by hand on a desk. The residual added sugar is 5gr\/litre, it has a PH of 3 and an acidity of 6.1gr\/litre. The alcoholic degree is 11.5%. The recommended service temperature is 4\u00ba to 6\u00baC. It is perfect to pair with stews, white meats, fish or shellfish and fresh pasta.
