The bottle is fine and prolonged, its fruit of long aging. It has been aged for 30 months in the bottle and has a residual added sugar of 2g\/l, a PH of 3.01 and an acidity of 5.7g\/l. It has an alcoholic degree of 11.5% and it is recommended to serve it at 4-6\u00baC. It is ideal to accompany gastronomic dishes, foie gras, game and meats in sauce. It is also excellent to taste with smoked foods.
