Subsequently, the cava base wine was blended, looking for structure and fruit aromas to make a great cava.<br \/>\n<strong>BREEDING<\/strong>: The base wine resulting from the blending, 30% was placed in French oak barrels for three months and the remaining 70% was kept in stainless steel tanks. Once the<br \/>\nAfter three months, the wines were blended again and tirage was made to carry out the second fermentation in the bottle.<br \/>\n<strong>AGEING<\/strong>: an average of 12 months in the bottle.
