Varieties: Typical Penedés Varieties; Macabeo%, Xarel.lo and Parellada.
Color: Bright yellow. Its aroma is intense with a fine cream and aging notes. It is fresh on the palate with hints of flowers and citrus pulp. Very fine and very well integrated bubble.
Wine ageing: More than 24 months in the bottle, disgorged and rinsed by hand in a desk.
Residual added sugar: 2 g/l PH: 3,07 Acidity: 5,8 g/l
Alcoholic grade: 11,5%
Operating temperature: 4º / 6º C.
Pairing: Ideal to accompany any meal, excellent for a wide range of cuisines, from fish and peas to red meat, game and duck or goose foie gras.
